This notice describes the use of cookies and similar technologies on www.leavenconsulting.com, in accordance with Article 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 («Italian Privacy Code») as amended by Legislative Decree 69/2012 implementing Directive 2002/58/EC («ePrivacy»), and consistent with the cookie guidelines issued by the Italian Data Protection Authority on 10 June 2021.
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that visited websites store on the user's device to remember information needed for the site to function (selected language, session, etc.) or for analytics and profiling purposes.

- Issuer: first-party cookies (issued by the visited site) or third-party cookies (issued by different domains).
- Duration: session cookies (deleted when the browser closes) or persistent cookies (with a defined expiry).
- Purpose: technical (necessary for operation) or profiling (used to build user profiles).
2. Cookies used on this site
This site uses only first-party technical cookies strictly necessary for its correct operation. We do not use analytics, profiling, marketing or third-party cookies.
2.1 Technical cookies (first-party)

Technical cookies do not require prior user consent under Art. 122 paragraph 1 of the Italian Privacy Code and the 2021 cookie guidelines of the Italian Data Protection Authority.
3. Third-party cookies
This site does not use third-party cookies. In particular:
- No analytics services (Google Analytics, Plausible, Matomo, etc.)
- No marketing pixels (Facebook/Meta, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Google Ads, etc.)
- No third-party chat widgets
- No third-party map or video embeds
The typefaces used (Space Grotesk, DM Sans, Fraunces) are loaded server-side via the next/fontmodule of Next.js: the user's browser does not make direct requests to Google Fonts, and no data is shared with Google.
